AT SIGEP 2019 THE EGG AS YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE

Eurovo Service will attend the SIGEP’s 40th edition – International Trade Show for Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee world – at Rimini expo center from Saturday 19 to Wednesday 23 January 2019 where we will present several novelties.

After the success achieved during the last editions, at Hall B5 – Stand 080 you might see how famous pastry Master Chefs use Eurovo Service egg products for their creations.

Sunday, 20th January

5.00 p.m. cooking demo with Master Chef Leonardo Di Carlo

Monday, 21st January

14.30 – 15.30 cooking demo with Master Chef Denis Dianin

Tuesday, 22nd January

12.00 p.m. – 1.00 p.m. cooking demo with Master Chef Luigi Biasetto
2.00 – 4.00 p.m. Final of “Bavaresi, Mousse, my way Semifreddi” event in collaboration with DolceSalato

You can attend the cooking demo with Pastry Chef Eleonora Sdino and Andrea Di Fabio every day at the stand.
